Hi,
I'm looking for the cheapest / best available CMOS analogue
switch that works on 30V.
There's such a *lot* of different types, from various
manufacturers, out there. With parametric tables even.
But I don't need any special performance - no fault protection,
no extra flat resistance, nothing; I just want a type that is
*unexpensive*, and *available*. Something I can stock as a
standard switch, as I did with the 4066 for lower voltages.
SPST configuration is what I need most, so that's the first
thing I'm looking for. And in DIP package.
Let me know what you're using, and where to buy it, please!
JH.
PS: I know the tricks to adapt a 4066 to a +/-15V powered circuit, or
the use of discrete FETs; I'm really looking for a simple and
easy chip that can become my "standard 30V" part.
