If you are looking for a sample and hold to use in a polyphonic Midi->CV 
converter...you don't really need anything very fancy...and analog switch, 
polystyrene cap of about 0.01uF and a FET input opamp configured as a 
follower...to get around the droop you will get with such a setup, the 
microprocessor continuously updates the S/H's...
