You have to unsubscribe using the same email address (exactly) you
subscribed with. If the old email address is kaput--say the ISP burned up
or your wife threw you out and kept your PC, this can be problematic.
However you can use command line telnet to do it from any PC (I have done
this successfully anyway).
If anyone needs to know how to do this, email me offline.
