Splinters?  :D  Heck no!  The knobs are all CORK!  ;)  I got a huge
box of them that I'd estimated at 1000+ corks - for $10 Canadian. :)
Taking all of the knobs off last night to start colouring them -
(counting 79, so far), I'm now re-estimating the quantity that I have
to be about 3000!  :O  Haha.  That'll make for a big synth!  ;) :P

Plus - I've found - I can draw on these ones (required symbols).  Same
thing with wood.  So I'm sticking with them now, definately. :)  I'm
going to see if I can find my set of coloured pens, and whether
they'll allow me to do greaterly detailed artwork on the knobs, with
them.  Here's to hoping. :D
