[sdiy] Adding a dekatron to a modular module

I am wanting to add a dekatron to one of my modules im building (more
for looks sake than anything) and was wondering if anyone knew of a
place to buy premade pcbs for a spinner or pendulum? 
 
I have found a few sites on the web that have schematics etc and one
that used to sell kits which is

he unforntunately says he has no more pcbs or kits to sell.
 
The tubes i have are russian OG-3 argon filled models and they have an 8
pin or K8A base on them.
 
any help would be really appreciated ;)
