[sdiy] Erratum Steiner VCF

Hi all

In a past update of my Steiner VCF page, I unfortunately introduced a 
track mistake in the drawing
of the PCB of my 2SC1583+TL071 version... This is corrected now, 
therefore for those of you
building it or intending to built it I strongly recommend to download 
the corrected
version of the PCB... Sorry about that... One should check things at 
least four times before
publishing them...

Shame on me !
