Speaking of their German distributor, they've been very protective about 
Ensoniq intellectual property, but very helpful in any other way. 
I remember when I put Aftertouch into my ESQ-1: No way to get schematics, but I 
got a Matrix-12 aftertouch strip from them for free! (They also had the 
Oberheim distribution.)
In the end, if was a Kawai aftertouch sensor that went into my ESQ-1, but 
that's a different story.
