 but does anyone know if the 100k pot in the crybaby (Dunlop original) is an audio taper (log) pot or not? 

Most replacement wah pot mfgrs refer to them as "special taper" pots. I believe they're just linear pots with dead spots at both ends of the carbon element to accomodate the short travel of the gear/pinion setup.
