As someone pointed out, they are in Bulgaria not Romania. Romania is where
I've been getting my Nixie tubes.

A 3.9" x 6.3" single sided board with silkscreen runs around $36 including
shipping. Expensive except that they will panelize, so I use them for small
boards. I've gotten 24 boards on a single panel and they have seperated
them at no extra cost. I've even gotten over 100 boards on a single panel
and just had them cut the board into strips and I sheared them apart the
rest of the way myself.
For larger boards I use pcbfabexpress.com but I'm sure everyone has their
own favorite. I get boards from pcbfabexpress in about 7 business days.
The will not panelize and are fairly picky about board layouts because they
dont want you to try and sneak a panel through their system, and you have to
order at least 5. Starts to get downright cheap at 20" ( around
65cents/inch including shipping ).
