Yep. There are other things that aren't high points of the Voyager design.
Like half your I/O connections are on the synth and the other half are on a
breakout box. That's no way to have to patch up a synth. The cables also
stick out of the top of the Voyager looking messy. The panel can't be
removed and stand on its own as a keyboardless or detachable keyboard synth.
It has a big base unit that creates a larger than necessary footprint, makes
a nice dust collector, and can't be pushed all the way up against a wall
when the panel is up. Typical standard modwheels lacking innovation or the
best control of parameters and multiple parameters. That mystery synth that
was floating around the net seemed to take all that into consideration and
has none of those low points of design. ;-)
