Consider that the LM394 (if it is DIP) has already got quite a bit of epoxy between the wafer & the outside world. So I'd be happy with ordinary epoxy myself. But, if you want to spend money, google for thermally conductive epoxy.. many hits! paul perry Melbourne Australia
