[sdiy] Accordion-style controller

Looks like the guys at C-thru reinvented the accordion keyboard
oblivious of the existing standard. It's the same idea only done worse
:-p :) Really it seems to be sort of a cross between the bass and
melody manuals of an accordion (and throw in a little Casio Chords for
good measure...). Maybe that's a great idea. Maybe not.
