Ferric chloride. Takes days (or weeks) for the non-gold
stuff to dissolve. Filter gold with paper filters.
You can recover all the gold but don't be surprised to
account it in microgrames of a not very valuable kind,
perhaps not enough to pay for the chemical and time waste.

PS: more than economical its an interesting "social" experiment,
tell everyone you are recovering gold with a chemical process of
your invention and see what happens... ;)
