Don't forget GTune from Graham Yeadon. This is an excellent VST based 
chromatic tuner. This has now replaced my hardware Korg tuner in my 
recording set up.

There's some other brilliant VST plugs on this page. Including GSnap, 
which is a autotune program which I prefer over Antares efforts in ease 
of use and cost.

Its free but a donation for Graham is welcomed.
