[sdiy] Thomas Henry SN-Voice PCBs

Just before Christmas Bill Manganaro designed a PCB for the SN-Voice and
ordered a run of fifty of them.  Those are all gone, but he's had requests
for another run.  If anyone is interested, I've put up a page with the
