I do it all the time, with glee. Of course, I make big, messy,
obnoxious music. And for doing so, there is no substitute for my
Jupiter-6 in Mono Unison mode. It cuts through the mix like thermite
through a bulkhead. I tried to program a substitute 12-oscillator
sawtooth mono lead on my Nord Modular and while quite good, it's still
more polite and retiring than my go-to unison lead on the JP6.
Sometimes "too much" is just enough. :-)
