[sdiy] MFOS Dual VCA @ +/-15V?

I'm getting ready to build a pair of the dual VCAs from Ray Wilson's  
Music From Outerspace site:

He mentions that some resistor values may have to be tweaked if  
powering the module from +/-15V. Has anyone on this list built this  
module that is running it with that supply voltage? Are any tweaks  
necessary?
