Ok,

I guess I forgot to mention the key element in my previous email: my team
mate Mo is responsible for that part of the circuit and he breadborded it.
He's not into music nor synths and he's never breadboarded before. The first
ADSR attempt went up in smoke. For the second one, I was with him, but he's
the one who put all the wires down. We got it working yesterday but nothing
this morning, it was very unstable.

So today, after trying all the ideas that you people sent us, I decided to
breadboard from scratch for a 3rd time, but this time, I build it. And it
works great, except for a huge detail, the release stage never discharges
for some reason, so it's a great and unique ADS, if that's any good to us.
Anyhow, I suspect a recycled 4016 from the fried first attempt with switch
SW3 gone, we'll check on that next time.
