I simply must ask, *why* are you still doing that verobard thing??

What about bring your self a 15euro laminator and step into
the future of ****EASY and SIMPLE**** way of doing neat PCB's!

No photoing/UVexpose, no UV lamps, tabel's, no masterfilm
printing, no washing, no board develop, just print out a
master on a everyday magazine from a decent laserprinter,
then roll it in the laminatopr then put in water to take of the
paper, then etch. Yes you still have to drill holes but there 
is things called SMT thesedays. ;-)
