Hey...did some SDIY stuff...at work, no less.
Needed something to make bleeps and bloops in a project at work...and it
has an FPGA in it...soo.......
I made a 16 oscillator tone generator...right now...all I have done is the
oscillators...just regular old phase accumulator types that generate saw
tooth waves. Wrote the code in verilog...I do use some of the free IP
cores that Xilinx supplies in the web-pack.
16 oscillators, and a mixer does a single sample in 18 clock cycles....32
bit frequence control word...(32 bit accumulators)...I use two dual port
rams to do the job.
I don't know if I will be able to record it at work...I am planning on
doing a duplicate here at home when I have the time.... ;^)
