I'm pretty sure Mr Boscorelli is dead.
People have tried to track him down - the 
address on the book is a secretarial firm -
and his book sells for around $200 on ebay
and the book sites.
It's a good book, but there isn't much there that 
isn't somewhere on the web.
He published a newsletter Stompboxology - I 
think much of the book appeared in the 
newsletter first - but that stopped too.

If anyone in Colorado wants to ring the local 
Boscorellis, let's know what you hear!!!
