David,

RTL, some say Resistor Transistor Logic. I say, Really Troublesome Logic. 
Let's see.... 3.6 volt logic. The 914 was used in various linear 
applications. 910 = Dual 2-Input NOR Gate. 914 = Dual 2-Input NOR Gate. 923 
= J-K Flip-Flop. Want some more parts?
