[sdiy] DG413 question

I should be able to read this in the data sheet, and I think I did - I'm 
just asking to be 100% sure:

If I don't want to make use of the DG413's level shift capabilities, I can 
do the following, can't I ?

Connect GND and V- pins both to -15V, and
connect VL and V+ pins both to +15V

and control the logic inputs with -15V = Low and +15V = high

(For a simple application where connecting these adjacent pins together is 
the easiest way.)
