I think the app note is 2020, but this article published in 2009 mentions buying some in Sept 2006

The Application Note for the LSK389 was written by Bob Cordell. I have his excellent book on Designing Audio Power Amplifiers. It's always nice when technology companies employ talented technical writers to explain their products. It's usually like getting a free course in electronics design.

I could not find a date on the App Note, but it cites references as recent as 2019 (that most recent one being his own book, ha!).
