[sdiy] Microchip compilers now all free

Trying to convince people to use their useless, terrible, stupid and 
slow  MPLAB-X.

I'd rather welcome an update to MPLAB-IDE v8, just to include new 
microcontrollers massively introduced during last 10 years, but that's 
not gonna happen, as all their good programmers are retired now.
