Hi folks, I vote that the FIX button on the 250e be changed to mean that the stage will sample and hold the external voltage whenever the stage is selected. 

The reason I suggest this is that I can imagine using four parallel S&H's in the 250e all the time. I can't really see myself using the manual fix button very often, if at all. 

Maybe someone who loves the manual fix feature can show me the light.
