Why do only 1/2 of the messages appear?

I am trying to follow the threads here, but, there only seems to be 
1/2 of the thread available.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
