Re: Re: [200e] value of 227e in a stereo setup?

I added my 227e after about 6 months with a small system and it
surprisingly "opened up" the sound a lot. The possibility to position
sounds and controlling movements together with timbre is great.
A dull static timbre can be interesting if it is moving. It is made
so that you easily can use it as a stereo panning device, it does not
require a quad sound system.
I can't listen in quad at home so i have A & B as direct stereo out and
C & D goes into reverb or delay. Then i mix these in a separate mixer.

You can down mix to stereo by using the sub-mixer (D->A, C->B), or externally and still benefit from the swirl mode and the CV control of location. Having output levels and EQ is really handy, and the mic pre/envelope follower and the headphone out is useful..
