I got two of the blue Easel cases made a few months ago by Zero (the 
dimensions are 23x17x5). They're identical to the originals. They were 
VERY expensive. Think around as much as a 250e. Of course, they're 
beautiful...

You can get other sizes of Zero cases less expensively, but they'll have 
the reinforcing ribs across them. There are usually some for sale on eBay.

I can't advise you on the 200e mounting depth however.
