I just bought an Electro Harmonix 2880 and I think it's pretty great: http://tinyurl.com/g2459 It has MIDI in/out clocking and the BEST part is it's multi-track! Each loop gets assigned one of 4 channels, and you can mix them independently after they're recorded. You can also "bounce" the tracks down if you need more. Most loopers can only build loops, not remove them, so you're forced into this wedge-shaped compositional scheme. I've been using this with my Easel and I couldn't imagine going with a non-multitrack looper now. -- ./luther
