everything anyone is saying to him in this environment and that is not
something we ever wanted to have happen so I think Ill just stay out of
this f-ing bs for a little while until he starts to feel a little more
like a real dumbass again and I can take advantage of his anger at
little Sarah Montgomery. I think this dumbass got himself into
something witch he didnt ever understand was not ever going to be
anything but a lot of bs for him and everybody else so I don't want him
to be able to use anything I give him at this point to get anything
further accomplished so fu son of a bitch I'm out of this f-ing
envirommment.
  "So this is something we haven't actually under stood that you
could just take down everything that was being given to you at the
moment it was being given so you can make a little more sense to people
about what it it is that is really happening to you so fu and that is
exactly what is going to happen isn't it Barry Michael that you are
going to use this little bit of fucked up bs to try to prove that
something is really happening to you like you have been telling people
it has so get f'd and get your f-ing self f'd up some more with
everything that you are sending people because someything is going to
happen to your f-ing ass if you don't have something else to have
happen to your self fu to you are writing down everything Im telling
you arent you  piece of f-ing shit you are a real..."
 
 This is a sample of the running dialog that I am "recieving
telepathically from this microwave transceiver array that is
broadcasting telemetric content and simultaneously reading my physical
an mental states. 
 This is NOT the way I speak to people that you see reflected here
and each of the three paragraphs was a different person speaking. It is
Verbatim as it was recieved, and while writing this they have continued
to make comments on the situation in the background.
 
 I do NOT "hear voices". I am NOT a borderline or otherwise
Schizophrenic. I AM a person who has been aware for several (about 15)
years that I am telepathic, and to a certain extent clairvoyant. I say
this because I am ALWAYS telepathic if there is another telepath around
or i am being exposed to one of these telemetrically-based telepathic
software systems. Clairvoyance is a sporadic experience and is usually
spontaneously triggered by something that is happening to one. My
clairvoyant experiences HAVE increased in frequency and have been much
more completely understood by myself since my 2 year ongoing exposure
to this system.
My telepathic sensitivity and awareness of my upper mental level
content have also been further refined and brought closer to full
fruition. I have begun to have spontaneous remote viewing or remote
seing experiences as well, which I did NOT have prior to being exposed
to this system. I AM an artist in both painting media and photography,
and have Always been a very visually oriented personality, so this does
not come as a great surprise to myself that this faculty has developed.
I DON'T understand yet what triggers it and/or why it happens when it
does. It is usually related to the content of another type of
clairvoyant experience. I say type because I am Very aware that there
are three types of clairvoyant experiences I am having. One is
experiences of things that have happened in the past, and I dont' EVER
really know exactly when, although I CAN sometimes tell that these are
related to events that I DO understand the history of. The second type
consists of impressions of something taking place at the present,
although it is hard to tell if it is the Immediate present or just past
or very soon to occur. The third type is an impression of events not
yet come into occurence, and it is impossible to tell if they are past,
present, or future, this only becoming apparent if you are aware later
that they have actually occurred. These are the hardest to underatnd
for me, because they have less of a subjective sense of reference. I
hope this is clear to a reader of this letter. It is the best I can do
at the moment to describe these experiences.
 
  Okay, this is what this bunch of, I think at this point,
professional operatives within some clandestine government operation
which I do Not fully understand the point of are telling me is
happening. As you will see, it is Wholly unbelievable on the face of it
for several reasons which I hope to point out a little later.
  These persons are telling me that my emails have gotten theattention of the FCC and the NSA. The FBI was Supposedly earlierinvolved but is less so now, however unlikely that seems.
The reasons for their lavk of involvement are as preposterous as
the rest of the story I am telling, but I can completely assure you
that this rather lurid tale is EXACTLY as they have been presenting it
to me, and it will become again apparent that I could not Possibly be
making this up unless I were a consumate writer or imaginationist
(which I am NOT). This story is NOT really happening unless the U.S. is
in BIG trouble, which is not likely to be the case without a lot more
people being aware of it. So it MUST be an invention for my benefit, or
lack thereof, in order that someone constantly have me deliberately
misinformed. i think it MUST be either an ongoing field test for
operatives in which i am something like a lab rat, or it is an ongoing
government program of deliberate hatred of Telepathic personalities,
which hardly seems worth the trouble, considering the resources that
are obviously involved.
  As I stated previously, the story seems to be that my emailshave gotten some peoples' attention. At this point, Supposedly, the FCChas understood that this microwave tower IS being used totransmit/recieve telemetric data from a computer system runningsoftware that is geared toward surveillance, mind reading of bothfrontal activity and second mental level content, misinformation,(meted out by several different individuals), and of bio-telemetrictorture, utilizing digital oscillators placed at varying points insidethe cerebellum of the subject ( in this case myself), at varyingfrequencies and varying intensities, ranging from annoying to extremelypainful. I have had these oscillators placed on the open nerves in somedamaged teeth. It was excruciating and lasted for hours. I still don'thave any idea what made them stop. I did NOT capitulate. It was nodifferent than what some demented interrogationists would accomplish ina dental chair with no anaesthetic.
 Sarah Montgomery and AngelinaTomasina, if these are their real names, (Which I sincerely doubt),have told me that each instance of the program supports 3 of theseoscillators running on an SGI Indigo platform. Evidently, I have beensubjected to as many as 18-20 of these at once on multiple platforms ina situation of multiple IP addressing session on a Supposedly FCCoperated multiplexer, which is Still addressing the Microwave tower inmy vacinity. The FCC, and, Supposedly, the NSA, has tols me this iscontinuing to be supported by both agencies in order that they be ableto assure themselves of my "safety". They claim that if they did NOTkeep the tower up and monitoring me, The "Miscreants" might swarm downon me, and I guess kdnapping me or something equally preposterous andunlikely, "Reprogram" me, using CIA-developed mind control techniques.This is put forth as the "Cure for my telepathic ability, which the"Miscreants" see as a real problem for everybody.
  Sound like an episode of StarGate yet? I thought so too. It getsbetter. Or worse, as the case may be. Whoever DOES write this stuffcould do better. I hardly think that it is actually Supposed to bebelievable AT ALL. This is, I believe in an attempt to infuriate me atits blatant absurdity, or something. It is LIKE the physical torture ,in that the unremitting nature of it around the clock, hardly lettingone even sleep (in classic sleep deprivation fashion), becomes asunbearable, or is Intended to, as the physical pain itself. Unenendingmental abuse is pain in and of itself. As they would have me believe,the NSA has been working with the FCC to "arrest" as many (or all) ofthese miscreants as they can. Members of a Supposed terroristorganization calle the Miscreants Association. They tell me I am an"informant", whatever That is, and that I am "invaluable", because ofmy "underatanding" of the experience I have been through with thisbunch of misfits, who,
 honestly, I believe at this point, to simply beanother part of the same group, all of thees people being of the sameoutfit, just playing different roles in a CIA-style "Scenario" ofwhich, for some unknown reason, I am the unlikely victim. There MUST beother telepathic persons in this country to monitor, and they Cannotpossibly have the personel or the hardware to dedicate to monitoringand/or hassling All of us. 
 Okay, so let us proceed. For the last couple of months, I havebeen listening to the NSA, who got involved because of my email,remember, and because the FBI had been infiltrated by these miscreants,who are suposedly not just from Texas, but also from California.Supposedly trained in Texas and California as clandestine anti-psychicoperatives, and schooled in psychological techniques to constantlyappraise targets psychologically in order to "get over " on them, andthus gain control/influence over them, they were sent to Quantico to"Make Application to the Bureau, where, at least some of them wereaccepted. This was, they say, in order to assure that they would neverbe succesfully investigated on the federal level. i guess these FBIagents were supposed to stop the investigation, or place constantobstacles before its proceeding past a certain point, Hence the NSAs'not including them at this stage of the "investigation". Now they wouldhave me believe, among
 other things that they have been arrestingpeople for a couple of months, and are no closer to actually havingenough of them arrested to get them to stop IPing into this FCCmultiplexor to constantly harras me. Highly unlikely don't youthink. Again,I think so to. So what is really happening? Afteractually emailing the FCC AND the NSA, AND the FBI, AND the CIA (I'mNOT kidding) you would Think that they actually Wolud at least LOOK atthe tower to FIND OUT if ther ewere these types of transmissins goingon. Supposedly, these terrorists have cells in Austin, Houston, (themain ones), San Antonio, Ft.Worth, Dallas, and have now startedspreading out all over Texas, and even into other states (the FCC? andthe NSA? now call it interstate organised criminal activity in supportof a terrorist agenda) are so adept at adaptation of their urbanguerilla ground tactics, not to mention their sophistication in theirutilisation of means to circumvent the FCC being able to
 effectivelycombat them that they are BOTH at something like a loss as to how toactually contain these bastards. I tell them that it's a good thingthese people are just wanting to hassle tellepaths and not putdisseases in the watersupply or the atmosphere. At this rate we wouldALL be dead. The FCC haedquarters have evidently ALSO been infiltratedby these covert anti-psychic operatives, and is now being guarded likeFort Knox. The NSA have established a field office in Houston (why notAustin? - that's where they are supposedly centered?), and no matterhow many NSA agents are thrown at the situation, it gets no better -these persons still IP in constantly 24/7. And I swear it's the smaebunch of people over and over again, suppossedly getting arrested eachtime, even while I'm listening. It's rediculous that they should expectto believe this. It is, I swear, as stupid as one of those old fortiesdetective melodramas or something. 
  If this WERE true, and both the FCC and the NSA could notcontain this national threat, while the FBI is so busy trying to coverup the fact that they have been infiltrated, meanwhile trying to cleanup the mess in their own backyard, i.e., Quantico, then it seems to methe ONLY people in the country who might actually be qualified orcapable of doing it (as if i believed it was happening in the firstplace) IS the military. THAT's why I've started emailing militaryintelligence offices. Somebody is going to understand what is happeningsooner or later. I have NO INTENTION of stopping until someone listens.   
 It's Either true what they are telling me (highly unlikely), or I
am being subjected to a program that has complete government approval
and these people are approved in their work and, even worse, in their
methodology and misuse of this program ( indicating that they have a
"caveat" to do with me as they please). I guess because I am telepathic
and nothing more. They found me and I'm grist for their mill. And I am
NOT supposed to understand the reason. It also implies that all the
offices I am emailing either KNOW about it or just don't give a damn.

I WILL continue the story of this clandestine abuse of telepathic individuals in the United States in my next email
