200e Service Manual / Calibration Manual ?

Hi,

it really looks like that i have a big Bug in my system. :-(

Any of you have ever seen a Service or Calibration Manual? 

Or do i have to send the whole Unit back ? 
Do i get a replacement unit for the repair time?

kai, we will help you fix your system, please relax.

help me do this by supplying details like what firmware revisions are
reported by the affected modules. it sounds like firmware issues
although of course it's hard to tell for sure.

also, please stop sending tech support questions to this list; i doubt
very many people are that interested. use the forum i set up for this
purpose ( 200e_beta@googlegroups.com ) or write me directly.
