Hi There.

I know it's a long shot, but I'm looking for a 259e. 
Anyone out there care to part with one?

It seems like there's a huge group of people out there that have a taste for this most unusual of noise-making devices.
Why don't you guys just get together and talk to Mr Buchla and ask him to make more? I am sure that if a large-enough order is placed, he would be able to make money from it..
Otherwise it might achieve a cult status similar to the Easel....

Exactly!  I'm keeping a list of all those interested.  So far I have 2 yes's, a 'might be interested', 1 for myself, and possibly this person asking now.  I think we need about another 15-20 people 'definitely interested' before we bring it up to Don.

I know the yahoo groups search is bad, and it it easy to miss new posts, but if anyone is interested.. let yourselves be known! I am keeping track.

If you haven't already, how about trying a poll over at MuffWiggler --- it would be easier to keep track of the thread.  Seems like there are several people interested over there.

I would also be interested.
