Here's a second Pendulum/Ratchet demo: http://www.eardrill.com/modules/PendulumRatchet/demos/PendulumDemo02.mp3 For this one the Ratchet section is driven from the Tock output. This is one 261e, with four envelopes, one each hitting Timbre, Symmetry, High Order, and Modulation (FM & Timbre). The 261e goes into a LPG with its own envelope. It starts out with the Density control all the way up. I start turning the Density down at about 0:20. I like the way the pattern gets "lumpy" but is still basically the same. It feels slower even though sometimes events are as close in time as they were when the Density was higher. Density back to full by 0:50 At 1:00 Rate gets quickly cranked up then down. By 1:06 Rate is stable again, but density gets turned way down, and slowly ramped back up to 100% I slow the Rate down a little and crank Density up at about 1:30 This is all from memory, I may have forgotten some detail. - C Chris Muir cbm@well.com http://www.xfade.com
