- The 4 space boat will fit in a 19" rack. 

- The 6 space boat does not include rack ears.

- 1 powered boat will support 3 unpowered boats.

As far as I know its the same power supply design for both boat types.
But I think you should ask Buchla and Associates these questions,
there may be important details that we aren't aware of here as the
power supply design isn't disclosed.
