Want to get a simple CV keyboard us with my 200e

I don't know of a 1.2V/octave keyboard that would be compatible with your 200e if that's relavant to you, but the Doepfer A100CGK is a very straightforward, compact, and capable CV controller (without wheels). It's light and has basic octave and transpose functions and a nice legato control.

If you have a MIDI or USB keyboard already, MOTU Volta is a potential strong nerd-out product for you, as it will take audio outputs and let them send out CVs. I would read about it, because it can track any Volt per octave situation you might need and depending on your audio interface, can provide a great deal of control.

Not the best for your daughter, but certainly good for "nerding out". And its default voltage is 1.2 V/oct, with 10-V gates, i.e. its naive language is Buchlanease. Check it out:

Seems to me the Doepfer PK88 would be the perfect choice (assuming you have a 225e), although I have neither.
