200e

hello, since i use my 200e system only stereo, i wonder how much sense 
it makes to acquire the 227e. i have the impression, it's a terrific 
module for 4 channel setups, but i'm not sure how much it brings in a 
2 channel setup.
can please somebody comment?

Welll, if you like panning with LFOs or other CVs it's essential. You can down mix to stereo by using the sub-mixer (D->A, C->B), or externally and still benefit from the swirl mode and the CV control of location. Having output levels and EQ is really handy, and the mic pre/envelope follower and the headphone out is useful..
