Paging anyone from Buchla & Associates, Ezra, anyone?

Paging anyone from Buchla & Associates, Ezra, anyone?

I hate to be the "broken record," but, I have been waiting for over a
year now for fixes and answers to issues with my 200e system.

If you guys need help with something because you are swamped or over
worked, I am happy to answer the email or voice mail for you, order
lunch, I dunno... test some modules, give you back massages, rub your
temples, what every you need, but, for the love of GOD MAN! Help me
out here!

Hey Matthew,

If it makes you feel any better, I'm in a similar boat... I've been waiting forever for a
missing knob for my system 200e... and for an answer back about rack mouting my boats.
I'm doing all that I can to remain patient.

It's interesting that when we are trying to contact them for delivery
of our stuff or service, they are so hard to locate, but if you send
them a check, they will cash it immediately....

Ezra, I am still waiting for my firmware kit....Please!

jd, we still need a valid mailing address for you. the cards have come
back to us no less than 3 times.

for everyone's information, we are in the middle of an extensive round
of firmware upgrades. IMHO it is worth waiting for.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
