Updating firmware on 225e Preset Manager

Hi, I'm trying to load firmware on the 225e. Top section (MidiDecoder) updated by holding down the Remote Enable switch, but the bottom section initialize. The docs mention holding down the "Select" switch. I assume this means the DATA switch but doing so still does not load the firmware. Anyone know any tricks? button combos, etc? thanks, --TOM
