To upload programs
start the connectivity kit software
under the file menu choose download file (manual send)

on the calculator enter any variable name to receive the file 
type "xrecv"
press the enter key

Hello all!
I am trying to upload programs to my HP50G......How do I proceed? 
I am also trying to upload data files, how do I proceed? 
WHY IS IT THAT THE CONNECTIVITY SOFTWARE won't let me browse my laptop looking for programs and data files? I thought uploading would be easy. 
 
If you know this please reply. I cannot find much support materials on the net. I am a new user to the 50g.

Isn't that the Conn4x program? I don't use the latest 
version of it, but with the previous version you just 
drag the file you want to transfer to (or from) it's 
open window, after setting for ASCII or Binary file 
type.
