Thanks for the pointer to the Expert Sleepers guys.  Excellent VST stuff.  I
finally got Sonar up and running so I’ll get to bashing around my speakers
in 17/6 over 5/4 tomorrow.

Expert Sleepers put out a utility plug-in - Clocker - that sends MIDI clock
for people like 
you and Jimmy ;-)
