You can take ANY DC power supply, 12 V - 700 mA (minimum !) output. On 
the connector the + is the center pin, the - the outer sleeve. The kind 
of supply you can find in any electronics shop or hardware store, 
cheaper than the Yamaha branded one. Be careful with Yamaha keyboards 
supplies, they can be very different (voltage and current ratings).
