Hi ! is your backup battery too low ? Or anything is gone wrong with the memory ? Looks like the synth is unable to load the OS, or hangs up in some power on self test step... Try to remove the backup battery (yes !), the RAM will be quickly empty, then try to perform a full factory reset. (option "9" when you are in the reset menu, it scratches and loads back everything in RAM, not only the voices) If it works fine replace your backup battery by a new one ...type CR2450 button battery cell.
