The LH531024 is the mask ROM OTP chip. The eprom equivalent should be the 27C1024. These eproms are readily available on Ebay. Does anyone have a picture of their eprom and/or the main board with it mounted? If so could you please send these to my email. narfman96 at yahoo dot com I thought I counted 42 pins in the battery replacement pics I found for the AN1X. This is not right for these chips.... The file you sent is a 1mb file. This means that the eprom must be a 27C040 or 27C4001 4096k chip. These eproms are more expensive than the smaller 256k or 512k chips. No biggie it is still an easy thing to make I just need to get some more of these eproms.... >> >>Thanks again, Fran >> >> >> >>On Tuesday, February 11, 2014 9:01 AM, "v.nazmiev@..." <v.nazmiev@...> wrote: >> >> >>>Fran, check your email >>> >>>But the Rom chip used in AN1x is not the same as in Rm1x as far as I know. >>>Chip used in Rm1x is still available and cheap.
