I have had an erratic ribbon controller for quite some time. Patches would sound weird and not right, if I ran my finger along the ribbon a few times it would generally fix things, but not for long. The other day I opened the AN1x and unplugged the ribbon...and what a huge difference! I think the dodgy ribbon was making my synth sound flat......now its alive and amazing sounding, and I don't miss the ribbon control one bit. I recommend unplugging this to anyone else having the same glitchy ribbon problems.Cheers.
