It has aftertouch, now i don't know the actual true meaning of aftertouch in the sense of the developers/engineers who invented and implemented these kind of things, however i can also admit that i haven't discovered it's use so far either ... :] You can set aftertough to activate certain parameters using the Ctrl Matrix (the grey blocks on the right on the an1x) but i haven't had any results in setting something up that effects it in an obvious way, although i'll admit that i'm probably doing something wrong :) like "being in the wrong range of things (settings and depths).
