I have a plan, Why don't we just DO OUR BEST to get rid of *any* unneccesary "reply-induced" text, this is nice & orderly for the archives, AND it will reduce the strain on people with slow connections, little mailboxes, etc. Now: if at any time it happens that some unneccesary quotes are replied, that will be considered okay too (PERHAPS even inevitable...), just send out a simple and friendly reminder, and hopefully people will be considerate toward it. That seems to me by FAR the best solution for this issue. I hope that everyone can find themselves at ease with this "middle of the road" solution. I trust it will be satisfying enough for everybody.
