People talking about the %&$*% HOOVER sound as if they $(%*&# assume
everyone knows what the hell a HOOVER sound is...

It's basically a type of synth bass sound. I can explain it but I'm gonna
make Mr. HOOVER there explain it for the rest of us, since he assumes we
all know what it is...
