The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Can anyone help me with this problem?

My PLG150AN card has mysteriously stopped working and I cant 
get it going. I have no explanation why, it just stopped in the 
middle of a studio session with no alteration to my system which 
up to now has been faultless for about 18 months.
 
My setup:   Mac G4 450 
            SW1000XG
            PLG150AN card
            OMS 2.3.8 (latest)
            XGedit Mac (for SW1000XG)
            AN1Xedit 1.1 Mac (for PLG150)
            Logic 4.7.1

I have tried all the following: Reboot, Check all OMS settings and 
reset everything, Reinstall card in PCI slot and clean everything, 
turn off overnight and let cool down, all to no avail.

Now here's the scary part: When I do a "test" on OMS I usually 
hear the AN card sounding together with the SW1000XG but I 
cant get this anymore, only hear the SW1K (ie the PLG card is 
not receiving midi or is dead), also when I launch AN1X edit I 
cant get any sound when I play the virtual keyboard. 
To me this means that either midi is not adressing the card (but 
then AN1Xedit should still work) or that the card has been 
trashed.

Anyone here had this problem?
Do I need to see a Service person and have the card checked? 
(Where I live Yamaha service is only up to repairing broken 
Piano stools!)
