Elson You might want to look into a sample playback module. Cheap. Tons of sounds. Usually a huge synthesis engine that no one ever uses. Gives you a wide set of sounds. A fuzzbox, an echo, and a wah wah will give a little analog boost to the sound. Running the box through a tube amp will help as well(run the bass through a massive old bass amp with 15 inch speakers!). I can recommend Vintage Keys. Cool sounds. I also like to use hand percussion like rattles and bells, kids's squeak toys, melodicas, harmonicas. For analog bass and drums, the Rebirth software rocks. Collaborating with other musicians works great too. Rainbow Jimmy http://www.spaceanimals.com http://www.mp3.com/spaceanimals
